It is a psychoactive stimulant drug that causes increased alertness by stimulating the central nervous system. For the same reason, many people feel more energetic after consuming it. It even elevates the mood but these effects do not last for long. The effects of caffeine usually last for about five to six hours, though caffeine sensitivity varies from person to person. It has been found that people who consume lot of caffeine on a daily basis soon develop less sensitivity and may need to increase their intake to enjoy the same effect. Being a diuretic, a person consuming caffeine may have to urinate more often.

Dimethylpentylamine is a psychoactive drug and simple aliphatic amine. Its chemical formula is C7H17N and Mol. Mass is 115.22 g/mol. It is synthesized by reacting 4-methylhexan-2-one with hydroxylammonium chloride. Dimethylamylamine act as a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (NRI) and/or norepinephrine releasing agent (NRA) so it is used as nasal decongestant. It is also sold as a dietary supplement in combination with caffeine and other ingredients to be used as an OTC thermogenic or general purpose stimulant, however Jamaican anti-doping panel in 2009 banned five athletes for using Dimethylamylamine on the grounds that it is similar in structure to tuaminoheptane. It is also used as a recreational drug in some parts of world.

L-Citrulline Malate- Citrulline is and alpha amino acid that derives its name from watermelon, or rather the Latin word for watermelon, citrullus. This organic compound is one of the main intermediates in the urea cycle. The L-Citrulline Malate is actually a form of citrulline that has been identified as potentially as strong performance enhancing athletic supplement as creatine. The citrulline is derived from watermelons, the malate seems to be taken from apples. Malates are esters and salts of malic acid, an organic compound and dicarboxylic acid.
